Registration 2011-2012

Dear Parents,

Welcome to the 2011-2012 Friendship Circle program guide and registration form. We are looking forward to another action-packed year filled with fun activities and exciting programs. Below you will find links to our basic calendar with all the dates and info. You will see a couple of new programs that we have added to better serve your children.

Also, enclosed, you will find registration forms where you can sign up for each program. In addition to the registration forms you will find medical forms and waivers. Your child will not be able to attend Friendship Circle programs without the completed forms and waivers.

All registration forms and payments should be mailed into the office as soon as possible. The Friendship Circle, 26 Wickatunk Road, Manalapan, NJ 07726. Once your registration forms and payment have been received by the Friendship Circle, you will receive a letter of acceptance for each program, with more details of the program as well as the specified dates you have signed up for. Please make a note of the program dates in your calendar.

If your child is unable to attend any of the dates he or she is registered for you must contact the program coordinator for that specific program 4 days prior to the event.
